Witkap-Pater Stimulo (Alc. 6%) is a refreshing gold-coloured beer of top fermentation, with refermentation in the bottle or the barrel - a living beer with taste evolution. Poured according to the rules of the game, one obtains a rich, white and stable head with a very creamy structure. The smell is floral thanks to the hops of Erembodegem (near Aalst) and contains intense fruity yeast aromas, which are specific to Witkap-Pater. No other herbs are used. When tasting, one gets a taste sensation ranging from velvety soft mouthfeel to refreshing and finally a delicious hop bitter aftertaste. This beer is very digestive and unique in the Belgian beer landscape.
